Delete your Loop account.
You can delete your Loop account and all its data at any time, from the app or from any browser. It takes effect at once and can’t be undone.
In a browser
- Go to table29.ch/loop and sign in with the email you use for the Loop.
- Open You, at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, then Delete for good.
In the phone app
- Open the Loop app, go to You, and choose Delete my account.
What is deleted
- Your account and your sign-in email.
- Every loop, your rules, every tick, your joker, the lines you wrote and your reflections.
- Your why, your reminder and your settings.
- Your link to a partner: they stop seeing your day.
The copy of your loop kept on your devices goes when you sign out or remove the app.
If you are a Table 29 member
The same button deletes your loop history only: your membership and its sign-in stay, so you don’t lose your seat by accident. To close your membership too, email [CONTACT EMAIL].
Without signing in
If you can’t sign in, email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address you used for the Loop and ask us to delete your account. We delete it and everything in it within 30 days, and tell you when it’s done.
